Step away from the pressures and responsibilities of daily life and return to yourself in the serene embrace of nature. Join us for a deeply nourishing, all-inclusive retreat on beautiful Whidbey Island at Aldermarsh, a peaceful sanctuary nestled between forest, marshland, and open sky.

Over five days and four nights, we’ll gather for yoga, meditation, sound healing, and breathwork practices all intended to ground your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom.

Between sessions, enjoy nourishing meals, time to rest, walks in nature, and the soothing warmth of the on-site sauna and hot-tub. Whether you’re seeking personal renewal, deeper spiritual connection, or meaningful community, this retreat offers space to soften, release, and realign with what matters most.

YOUR TEACHERS

We have been leading retreats together since 2004. Our focus is on providing a rich and nourishing experience, with individualized attention for each participant. We offer a hatha flow style of yoga and because we are both passionate about the philosophical teachings of yoga and other wisdom traditions, we in what feels relevant for navigating modern life into our offerings. We look so forward to welcoming you whether you are a new or returning student.

OUR CHEFS

In 2018 Jacob and Madi met working at one of the most renowned fine-dining vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Seattle, where they both fell in love with the art of vegan/ vegetarian cooking and the wonderful produce the Pacific Northwest has to offer. There, they gained a combined 12 years experience in the culinary world of mindful eating and learned the intricacies of many allergy based diets; with Jacob acting as the Sous Chef and Madi as the front of house lead and prep cook. Since then, their passion for cooking and sharing the values of conscious cooking has only grown.

 

RETREAT SCHEDULE

Here is what we have planned for you...

Schedule:

Friday:

3:00 pm – Arrive and Settle

4:15 pm – Yoga

6:00 pm – Dinner

7:30 pm – Circle

 

Saturday:

8:00 am – Meditation

8:30 am – Breakfast

10:15 am – Yoga

12:15 pm – Lunch

1:15 pm – Free Time / Sauna & Hot Tub*

5:00 pm – Yoga

6:30 pm – Dinner

 

Sunday:

8:00 am – Meditation

8:30 am – Light Breakfast (tea, smoothies, and toast served until 9 am)

9:00 am – Yoga & Closing Circle

11:00 am – Brunch

12:30 pm – Depart

* We love offering the sauna at Aldermarsh, but we are beholden to caretaker’s schedule and whether or not he is availble that day to prepare the sauna. We will not know until about 1 week before the retreat if he is available to prepare the sauna for us.

 

REGISTRATION

Registration Details:

Please email us at info@synergyyogaschool.com to let us know which room option you would like. We will confirm it is available, and then send you an electronic invoice to reserve the room for you. You can pay with a credit card online. A 50% deposit is due at time of registration. Payment in full is due by March 1, 2026.

Much time, energy, and resources goes into planning retreats. For this reason, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel, we will make every effort to fill your space. If we are able to fill your space, you will receive a refund, minus the processing fees and a $100 administrative fee (processing fees are equal to the amount the credit card company takes at time of purchase, somewhere around 3%).

Apartment Private Bedroom | 1 Double Bed | Private Bathroom in the Apartment | $1,300 SOLD OUT

Queen’s Room | 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Beds | Shared Bathroom with Moon Room | Room is for 2 or 3 people | $1,100 pp

Moon Room | 3 Twin Beds | Shared Bathroom with Queen’s Room | Room is for 2 or 3 people | 1,050 pp

  • Slippers for Inside: No shoes are allowed inside any building or accommodation at Aldermarsh
  • Layers and Raincoat/Shell (just in case)

We reserve the right to change the schedule if needed.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel for any reason, including illness, there are no refunds. Every effort will be made to try to fill your spot. If we are able to, we will refund you less $100 for adminstrative fees and the credit card fees, around 3%.
