Fall Afternoon of Practice, Nourishment & Community
with Jodi Boone & Isai Chaldez
October 17, 2026 from 1:30 to 6:00 pm
Please join me and Isai—an herbalist, Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, and truly kind and gentle soul —for a nourishing immersion into yoga, philosophy, and community.
Together, we’ll spend an extended fall afternoon exploring the teachings of yoga not only intellectually, but through the body and through practice.
The workshop takes place on Saturday October 17 from 1:30–6:00 PM and will include two yoga practices—one Hatha Flow and one Yin—as well as thoughtful discussion and reflection on the Yamas and Niyamas, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Three Pillars of Life according to Ayurvedic philosophy.
Because there are two of us teaching, we’ll be able to offer plenty of personal attention and hands-on adjustments throughout the afternoon, while also creating space to slow down, listen, reflect, and be nourished by these beautiful teachings.
Midway through our time together, we’ll pause for tea, bliss balls, and community connection.
Cost: $125
